- Issue materials to site personnel based on approved requisition forms
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and report discrepancies

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Controller in construction, contracting, or engineering sector
- Prior work experience in Dubai or UAE preferred
- Strong familiarity with building materials, construction tools, and site equipment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
- Strong physical stamina for construction site environment
- Clear communication skills for interacting with suppliers and site engineers

Job Summary
- An established construction company in Dubai is seeking a highly organized and reliable Site Store Keeper to monitor and manage the movement of all materials entering and leaving the construction site.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, record, and control the daily receipt, storage, and dispatch of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Inspect incoming deliveries to verify quantities, quality, and strict compliance with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate and up to date inventory records, both physically and digitally.
- Organize the site storage areas to ensure materials are safely stored, easily accessible, and protected from damage or weather conditions.
- Issue materials to site personnel strictly based on approved material requisition forms.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits, reconcile findings with inventory ledgers, and promptly report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare routine material tracking reports and inventory summaries for the site management team.
- Ensure the store area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with site safety regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Store Keeper or Inventory Controller, specifically within the construction, contracting, or engineering sector.
- Prior work experience in Dubai or the wider UAE is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with various building materials, construction tools, and site equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic construction site environment.
- Clear communication skills for interacting with suppliers, delivery drivers, and site engineers.
