About the Role
Mana Advisory Consultancy LLC is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives. Responsibilities include calendar management, corporate correspondence, travel coordination, expense management, and office operations.

Responsibilities
- Strategically manage complex, high volume calendars for multiple executives; prioritize conflicting meeting requests and proactively resolve scheduling bottlenecks
- Act as a primary liaison between executives, key stakeholders, and external clients; draft, review, and edit high level correspondence, board materials, and internal communications
- Coordinate comprehensive, multi leg domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and visa requirements
- Manage, reconcile, and process executive expense reports and corporate credit card statements in strict compliance with corporate policy
- Oversee the daily operations of the physical office space; serve as primary point of contact for building management, IT support, security, and external facilities vendors
- Manage the inventory and budget for all office assets, including technology, hardware, corporate stationery, and general supplies
- Direct the execution of board meetings, town halls, client visits, and corporate events, overseeing catering, audiovisual setup, and VIP hospitality
- Partner with Human Resources to facilitate the physical onboarding of new hires, workspace assignment, and integration into office workflows

- Experience in executive administrative support

Primary Responsibilities Executive Administrative Support
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Strategically manage complex, high volume calendars for multiple executives; prioritize conflicting meeting requests and proactively resolve scheduling bottlenecks.
