Tenancy Operations Associate

SmartCrowd is hiring a Tenancy Operations Associate to own the entire tenant lifecycle and ensure our operations run like clockwork. Based in Dubai, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, managing everything from compliance and contracts to daily inquiries. This is a mission-critical role for someone who is exceptionally organized, firm yet empathetic, and ready to learn the ropes of a regulated FinTech platform.

Onboarding & Compliance: Conduct thorough compliance checks for all incoming tenants and manage the preparation and signing of tenancy contracts.

Lease Administration: Execute Ejari and DIFC lease registrations and manage tenant-side operations on platforms like Keyper and Tern.

Financial Oversight: Manage cheque and payment collection, track rental payments rigorously, and ensure the collection of renewal admin fees.
