About the Role
SmartCrowd is hiring a Tenancy Operations Associate to own the tenant lifecycle and support regulated property operations.
The role is based in Dubai and serves as the primary point of contact for residents across compliance, contracts, payments, inquiries, and property administration.

Tenant and Lease Operations
- Conduct compliance checks for incoming tenants and manage tenancy contract preparation and signing.
- Execute Ejari and DIFC lease registrations and manage tenant-side operations on Keyper and Tern.
- Manage notices, renewals, property viewings, inspections, and the complete move-in and move-out process.
- Assist tenants with utility registration.
Payments and Tenant Experience
- Manage cheque and payment collection, track rental payments, and ensure collection of renewal administration fees.
