Role Description
- This is a full time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers via phone calls to promote and sell our payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone calls to promote and sell our payment solutions
- Provide excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, addressing inquiries, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Provide support, offer product training to clients, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, listening, and interpersonal abilities to engage positively with customers
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Experience in delivering Training and guiding customers to maximize the use of products and services
- Self motivated, results driven, with strong time management skills to excel in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is an advantage
- Previously working within payment solution sectors or similar industries is a bonus but not mandatory
