- Identify leads, present Cheezee Global’s payment solutions, handle inquiries, and guide customers through onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM and follow up on opportunities
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with customer support and training teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Provide feedback on customer needs and participate in product and sales training sessions
Requirements
- Strong sales and telesales skills with proven ability to convert leads and manage a sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Customer support capabilities to resolve basic issues and ensure satisfaction
- Training and learning agility to understand payment products and compliance
- Relevant experience in remote telesales, inside sales, or call center environments, ideally in fintech or payments
- Comfort with CRM tools, call tracking systems, and standard office software
- Strong organizational skills and resilience in a target driven environment
- Completion of secondary education required; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Role Description

Qualifications
