Role Description

  • This is a full time on site Telesales Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting calibration services, and generating sales opportunities.
  • Daily activities include responding to inquiries, providing accurate product and service information, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to close sales.
  • The role also involves maintaining customer records in the CRM system, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and meeting defined sales targets.
  • The Telesales Specialist will contribute to customer satisfaction by offering professional support and participating in occasional training or product knowledge updates.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with diverse clients clearly and professionally.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Support skills, including handling inquiries, resolving basic issues, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to participate in or deliver Training related to products, services, or telesales techniques.
  • Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center environments, preferably in technical or B2B services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
