- Prior experience in B2B sales or service based industries preferred
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Role Description
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote calibration services, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Explain service offerings, prepare and follow up on quotations, update customer information in CRM systems.
