- Strong sales mindset with ability to identify customer needs and close deals
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Target driven, self motivated, and resilient under pressure
- Fluency in English is required

About the Role
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team in Dubai.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build a rewarding career in sales within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM UAE Time (aligned with UK business hours).
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and qualified leads.
- Follow up with existing leads to build strong relationships and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information using CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, business development, customer service, or a similar customer facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Target driven, self motivated, and resilient under pressure.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

- Base Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 10,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Attractive Commission Structure: 15%–20% commission on first sale value
