Responsibilities
- Manage the back end of our proprietary trading app, processing and responding to UK customer activity in real time
- Handle inbound enquiries, offers, and messages from UK customers and suppliers via the app, email, and phone
- Purchase scrap metal through the platform, reviewing and negotiating competitive prices
- Maintain accurate, up to date records of customer accounts and transactions within the app and CRM
- Respond quickly and attentively to customer activity, ensuring no enquiry or offer goes unanswered
- Monitor UK scrap metal market trends to support purchasing decisions
- Coordinate with the operations team on collections and deliveries
- Flag and help resolve any technical or process issues within the app
- Build long term relationships with UK customers through reliable, professional communication
Requirements
- Excellent, highly fluent spoken and written English
- Confident, professional communication style suited to UK customers
- Comfortable working independently and remotely during the initial setup period
- Able to relocate to and work from Dubai once the office opens
- Fast, attentive, and detail oriented when managing digital/app based customer interactions
- Good computer skills; comfortable learning new software, apps, and CRM systems
- Experience in sales, account management, procurement, trading, or customer service preferred

About the Role
- We’re looking for a confident, highly fluent English speaker to manage the back end of our trading app and act as the main point of digital contact for our UK customers.
- This is a fully digital, app based role requiring fast, accurate, and attentive communication with clients throughout the day.
- For the first 6–12 weeks, this role will be fully remote while we complete the setup of our Dubai office. Once the office opens, you will be required to relocate to and work from our Dubai office on a full time basis.

- Salary from AED 7,000–12,000 per month, depending on experience
