- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide outstanding service
- Act as primary point of contact for customers
- Purchase scrap metal through the company's trading application
- Review incoming offers and negotiate competitive prices with suppliers
- Build long term relationships with scrap suppliers and customers
- Monitor market conditions and pricing trends within the scrap metal industry
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth collection and processing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, purchases, and transactions
- Identify opportunities to increase purchasing volumes and customer engagement
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, trading, procurement, or related role
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using mobile applications, CRM systems, and digital platforms
- Self motivated, organised, and results driven
- Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage

About the Role
- Seeking a motivated and customer focused Scrap Metal Purchasing & Trading Executive to join the team in Dubai.

Working Arrangement
- This role will initially be performed remotely during onboarding and training.
- Successful candidates will subsequently transition to a full time office based position in Dubai.
