Job Description
- We are looking for a results driven Telesales Representative to join our Banking & Financial Services team.
- You will be the face of our credit card portfolio, reaching out to potential and existing customers to offer financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high volume outbound calls to pre qualified leads and potential customers.
- Explain the features, benefits, and fee structures of various credit card products.
- Analyze customer needs and financial habits to recommend the most suitable card product.
- Guide customers through the digital or manual application process.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Strictly adhere to banking regulations, data privacy laws, and internal quality scripts.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing (Banking, Insurance or call centre is a plus).
- Exceptional verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- English, Hindi or Urdu. Any other language is a plus.
