Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, review, and coordination of water transmission/distribution pipelines, pumping stations, storage reservoirs, and water distribution systems
- Perform hydraulic analysis and modelling of water and wastewater systems, including steady state and transient (surge) analysis
- Develop, review, and optimise water and wastewater infrastructure projects at feasibility, concept, detailed design, and tender stages
- Prepare and review technical reports, feasibility studies, tender dossiers, specifications, BoQs, and cost estimates
- Manage design and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and sub consultants
- Interface technically with clients, authorities, and contractors, including participation in meetings, workshops, and design reviews
- Support procurement and construction phases, including technical clarifications, value engineering, and design review of contractor submissions
- Contribute to technical proposals, methodologies, staffing schedules, and project planning activities
