Responsibilities
- Proactively engage potential and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to promote company services
- Generate new business opportunities in GCC cross border land transportation, domestic distribution, and FCL sea freight across GCC and Asia markets
- Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to achieve sales targets
- Provide clients with accurate service information, competitive quotations, and tailored logistics solutions
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long term partnerships
- Coordinate closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure service feasibility and customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities in CRM systems and prepare periodic sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in telesales or inside sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of GCC cross border trucking, domestic freight, and FCL sea freight operations
- Familiarity with mainland and free zone logistics regulations in the UAE and GCC
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target driven mindset with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Overview
- Cannata World Wide Cargo Services LLC is seeking a motivated and customer focused Telesales Executive Heavy Truck Transportation to support the expansion of our logistics and freight forwarding services across the GCC and Asia regions. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of land freight (cross border and domestic transportation) and sea freight (FCL shipments), including operations within both mainland and free zone environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively engage potential and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to promote company services.
- Generate new business opportunities in GCC cross border land transportation, domestic distribution, and FCL sea freight across GCC and Asia markets.

- Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
