Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role for Telesales Executives, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting suitable property options, and following up on inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
  • Telesales Executives will qualify leads, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and support clients with timely information and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Daily responsibilities include building relationships with potential buyers and investors, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and working toward individual and team sales targets.
  • The position requires consistent professionalism, responsiveness, and adherence to company standards in every client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage confidently and clearly with diverse clients over the phone and through digital channels.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and provide a high quality client experience.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert leads into opportunities, and close deals in a competitive market.
  • Familiarity with real estate or property investments in Dubai or the broader region is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, basic computer applications, and data entry is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment, with strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Previous telesales or inside sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
