DNB Properties is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Specialist to manage photography and video production.
The role involves capturing high-quality visuals, editing engaging content, and supporting marketing initiatives through compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional photos and videos of properties, events, and corporate activities
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including lighting, angles, and composition
- Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software
- Create engaging video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to understand content requirements
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and company image
- Manage and organize media files and maintain a content library
- Stay updated with the latest trends in photography, videography, and editing techniques
Requirements
- Proven experience in photography and video editing
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in real estate photography (preferred)
Working Conditions
- On-site role with occasional travel for shoots
- Flexibility in working hours based on project requirements
