Role Overview
Bloxsoft Digital is hiring a Telugu-speaking Telesales Executive for its sales team.
The role contacts company-provided leads, explains financial products and services, and converts leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Explain products, benefits, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Follow up with interested and potential customers.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Convert qualified leads into successful applications or customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for application processing and onboarding.
- Follow company policies and compliance requirements during sales activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in financial services, banking, loans, credit cards, insurance, or a related industry is advantageous.
- Fluent Telugu is mandatory.
- Good spoken English is required.
- Excellent communication, convincing, objection-handling, and closing skills are required.
