Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and actively follow up on existing leads to achieve business targets
- Effectively communicate, negotiate, and handle client inquiries in a bilingual manner
- Manage day to day sales administrative tasks, including precise data entry, updating CRM records, and maintaining organized client files
- Respond promptly and professionally to prospective customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person to ensure a seamless sales experience
- Address client concerns during the sales cycle and coordinate with internal departments to provide timely, effective solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience strictly in Telesales, Customer Relations, Insurance, or the Banking sector
- Minimum 1 year of UAE based experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking abilities, excellent interpersonal/people skills, and high attention to detail

Key Responsibilities
- Telesales & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and actively follow up on existing leads to achieve business targets.
- Bilingual Pitching: Effectively communicate, negotiate, and handle client inquiries
- CRM & Sales Documentation: Manage day to day sales administrative tasks, including precise data entry, updating CRM records, and maintaining organized client files.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 2 years of experience strictly in Telesales, Customer Relations, Insurance, or the Banking sector.
- UAE Market Experience: Minimum 1 year of UAE based experience is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Core Competencies: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent interpersonal/people skills, and high attention to detail in administrative tracking.
