Responsibilities
- Capture professional grade interior and exterior photos of residential and commercial properties for listings and marketing materials
- Film walkthrough tours, neighborhood highlights, and promotional videos for social media platforms
- Edit photos and videos to a high standard, including color grading, retouching, and adding motion graphics or music
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and elevate digital presence
- Maintain and manage all photography/videography equipment, ensuring all files are organized and backed up
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of professional experience in real estate photography and videography
- Strong proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Lightroom)
- Strong portfolio showcasing high end property work and creative storytelling
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and travel to various property locations across Dubai
- Excellent eye for lighting, composition, and architectural detail
- Video editing: 1 year (Required)
- Photography / videography: 1 year (Required)
- UAE Driving license (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Job Overview
- Belle Homes Real Estate LLC is seeking passionate, creative individuals to join our growing team.
- We are looking for a detail oriented Photographer and Videographer driven to capture high quality visuals of our property portfolio across Dubai and create engaging video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Photography: Capture professional grade interior and exterior photos of residential and commercial properties for listings and marketing materials.

Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 4,500.00 per month
