Job Vacancy: Customer Relations Executive

**Pay:** 2,500.00 – 4,000.00 (AED) per month

Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual **Customer Relations Executive** to join our team in Dubai.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a blend of excellent communication skills and strong administrative support.

You will be responsible for managing client interactions, supporting sales efforts through telesales, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Bilingual Communication:** Effectively handle inquiries and provide support in both **English and Hindi**.
  • **Telesales & Outreach:** Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on existing leads to drive business growth.
  • **Administrative Support:** Manage day-to-day office tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining CRM records.
  • **Customer Support:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional demeanor.
  • **Problem Solving:** Address client concerns and coordinate with internal departments to provide timely solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • **Experience:** Minimum **1 year of experience** in Telesales, Admin, or Customer Relations.
  • **Language:** Must be fluent in **English and Hindi**.
  • **UAE Experience:** Prior experience working in the UAE is highly preferred.
  • **Education:** Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • **Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and "people" skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
