- Call existing and new customers to promote digital gold products
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales

- Maintain regular contact with customers to improve retention and repeat business
- Handle customer queries and provide product information
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Track leads and ensure timely follow up
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer service
- Achieve monthly sales and customer retention targets
- Prepare simple daily and monthly activity reports
Requirements
