Role Overview

  • As a Store Manager, you will manage the day to day Store operations ranging from customer service to after sales service and handle all administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day Store operations: check sales figures, assist in pricing adjustments, organize Store layout, merchandise and display items, conduct regular checks on organization and cleanliness, ensure staff compliance, ensure smooth running of daily activities, ensure HR policies adhered to.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service: confirm compliance, monitor staff, handle complaints and special requests.
  • Boost sales and achieve objectives and sales target: ensure optimum stock, focus on slow moving items, monitor stock transfer procedures, replenish stock, place special orders, apply visual merchandising.
  • Guide, coach and motivate staff: prepare OJT, evaluate staff knowledge/performance, prepare appraisal reports.
  • Manage staff and monitor performance: monitor compliance, supervise grooming, product knowledge, customer service, conduct weekly meetings.
  • Communicate and work closely with direct manager: set staff monthly objectives, coordinate stock transfers, discuss staff issues, assist in succession plan, provide reports.
  • Monitor customer movement and detect theft: familiarize with security system, prevent/handle infringement, conduct stock count.
  • Acquire product knowledge: receive trainings, read latest trends, seek market intelligence.
  • Customer Reference and Community event management: make customer reference, make connections, promote brand, ask for feedback, manage corporate community events, coordinate with event organizer, create social engagement, invite micro influencers, set budget, seek approval.
  • Liaise with different departments: reconcile daily reports with Accounting, ascertain labeling and receipt of shipments, ensure accurate POS and finger scan with IT, provide feedback to Marketing/Commercial.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: proper record of attendance, leave work on time, take breaks, notify manager when late/absent, apply sick leave.
  • Coordination and reporting to HR: submit rooster daily attendance report, ensure staff punctuality, inform HR of absences, coordinate on UBIQHR software.

Other Details

  • Minimum: 2 to 5 years of Store Manager Experience Required.
  • Gold & Diamond Industry Mandatory.
  • Only apply if you are in UAE.

  • Up to AED 5,000.00 per month
