Role Overview
UNISPARK is hiring a Telesales Executive in Dubai, UAE.
The role is open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Relevant professional services, business setup, corporate services, insurance, or banking experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Explain professional services and recommend suitable options based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain client relationships and prepare quotations.
- Coordinate with the sales or support team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A confident and pleasant telephone manner is required.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills are required.
- Candidates should be target-oriented and self-motivated.
