UNISPARK is hiring a Data Entry Operator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role focuses on entering, updating, maintaining, and verifying company data and records while protecting confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
The position is full-time in the Administration / Operations department and reports to an Administration Manager or Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Review documents for missing, incorrect, or duplicate information.
- Prepare Excel reports, records, and data summaries.
- Retrieve information for management and other departments.
- Perform data checks and correct errors promptly.
- Maintain filing and documentation systems.
- Handle confidential company and customer information responsibly.
- Coordinate with departments to collect and verify information.
- Support general administrative and clerical activities.
- Complete tasks within deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
