Role Overview
Best Town Realty is seeking a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join its team.
The role focuses on outbound telesales for real estate projects and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls.
- Introduce and promote the company's real estate projects and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer information and call records in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply, while 6–12 months of telesales or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates should be confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office are required.
- Fluent English is required, while additional languages are a plus.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,500–AED 4,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
Workplace
- The role is located in Dubai, UAE, and work location is in person.
