Best Town Realty Real Estate L.L.C. is hiring Real Estate Agents for its Dubai team.
The full-time role focuses on residential and commercial property sales and client development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential clients and leads.
- Understand client property requirements and provide suitable options.
- Promote residential and commercial properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and sales centre visits.
- Build client relationships, negotiate offers, and support the sales process.
- Update client and lead information in the CRM.
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate projects, prices, and payment plans.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Confidence, professionalism, negotiation, and persuasion skills are required.
- The ability to build and maintain client relationships is required.
- Good knowledge of English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous UAE or Dubai real estate experience and a UAE driving licence are advantageous.
