Job Overview
Veloche Interior and Exhibition is hiring six Telecallers or Telesales Executives for its exhibition and interior-services sales team.
The role focuses on contacting prospects, understanding requirements, generating qualified leads, and scheduling opportunities for sales representatives.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- The stated salary is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
- The posting also lists pay of AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for exhibition stands, interior fit-out, and related services.
- Introduce services, identify customer requirements, and generate and qualify leads.
- Maintain call records, customer information, and follow-up status.
- Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or site visits when required.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales pipeline.
- Meet monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with sales and report daily activity.
Requirements
- Strong communication and telephone-sales skills are required.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, interiors, exhibitions, or fit-out sales is preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and speak confidently with potential clients is required.
- Good follow-up, recordkeeping, and basic computer skills are required.
- A target-driven and proactive approach is required.
- Immediate joining ability is required.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Performance Target
- Candidates must achieve either 15 qualified leads per month or 2,000 outbound calls per month.
- For the call target, each completed call must last more than 45 seconds.
