Requirements
- 1–3 years of telesales / inside sales experience (insurance or banking preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Confident in closing sales and meeting monthly targets
- Ability to explain financial products in a simple and convincing way
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Positive attitude, resilience, and comfort working in a target driven environment
