- Native or professional fluency in English and Malayalam (mandatory) and Hindi (can learn quickly)
- Strong communication, active listening, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort learning computer systems

Role Overview
- As a Telesales & Administrative Associate, you will connect directly with our client base to drive sales while handling critical ad hoc administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Answering incoming phone calls professionally and addressing client inquiries or issues effectively.
- Client Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting customer complaints or queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and smooth resolution.
- Telesales: Making outbound calls to prospective leads, explaining our services, and achieving realistic sales targets.
- Ad hoc Administration: Assisting management with daily office tasks, data entry, scheduling, and general operational support as required.
What We Look For (Requirements)
- Experience: Fresh graduates and freshers are highly encouraged to apply! Candidates with 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience are also welcome.
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in English & Malayalam(mandatory) & Hindi (can learn quickly) is required.
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, resilience, and a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Technical: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort learning computer systems.

- Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month (Maximum, based on experience).
