We are looking for a Junior Accountant to record daily transactions, manage lease accounting, and assist with month/year-end closing. Candidates must be available in Dubai and have some experience; this is not a fresher role.

- Record daily transactions, maintain ledgers, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with month/year end closing
- Manage lease accounting, including rental income, deposits, invoicing, renewals, and tenant account reconciliations
- Monitor rent collections, prepare aging reports, and follow up on outstanding tenant payments
- Process supplier invoices, verify approvals, maintain vendor records, and manage payments
- Perform bank reconciliations, record cash transactions, and support cash flow monitoring
- Maintain accurate records of lease terms, occupancy, and financial transactions
