About the Role
SO Living Property Management LLC seeks a Renewal Executive to oversee lease renewal lifecycle, maximize tenant retention, and ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of property management experience and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Track lease expiry dates, initiate contact with tenants, and coordinate the end to end renewal process
- Prepare, issue, and finalize renewal notices, quotations, and lease agreements
- Ensure all lease documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies
- Build strong, lasting tenant relationships and provide top tier customer service
- Negotiate renewal terms within established company guidelines and coordinate approvals
- Maintain updated tenant records and lease files
- Update property management systems, monitor pending renewals, and track performance metrics
- Prepare periodic reports on retention rates and other metrics
- Follow up on outstanding documents, payments, and approvals to close out renewals smoothly
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in property management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with property management software/CRM tools is highly preferred
- Customer first mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
