Role Overview
Provide professional, customer-focused telephone service to hotel guests.
Prioritize calls and create a memorable, positive guest experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Receive guest calls warmly and professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address guest queries politely and courteously.
- Greet guests by name according to established standards.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local offerings.
- Use the Opera Guest profile system to maintain guest profile awareness.
- Complete long-distance call vouchers and record them on the traffic sheet.
- Manage wake-up calls and deliver them promptly.
- Operate the switchboard and transfer calls efficiently.
- Take messages for guests and management according to standards.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous Telephone Operator, Guest Service Agent, or similar hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are required, while additional languages are advantageous.
- A clear, pleasant, and professional telephone manner is required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
