Responsibilities
- Design and prepare fresh flower arrangements for guest rooms, lobby, restaurants, public areas, and special occasions.
- Create floral arrangements for weddings, meetings, banquets, and other hotel events.
- Maintain and replace floral displays regularly to keep them fresh and attractive.
- Select, purchase, receive, and properly store flowers, plants, and floral materials.
- Monitor flower stock and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Ensure floral arrangements meet hotel quality and presentation standards.
- Coordinate floral requirements with Housekeeping, Events, Food and Beverage, and other departments.
- Prepare special arrangements based on guest requests and hotel occasions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower room, tools, and equipment.
- Follow flower-handling, storage, health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Minimize wastage, use floral materials efficiently, and assist with seasonal decorations and celebrations.
- Provide professional and courteous service to guests and colleagues.
Requirements
