- Actively manage call lists and CRM records, track call outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
- Respond to incoming inquiries, provide clear information about offerings, and handle basic objections while maintaining a professional and customer focused approach
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts, share feedback from prospects, and support campaign execution
Requirements
- Strong lead generation skills
- Proficiency in sales activities such as outbound calling, objection handling, upselling, and closing warm opportunities
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and confident phone etiquette
- Customer service and customer support skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a call center environment is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and meet call volume and conversion targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Telemarketing Specialist role based in Dubai.
