- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to support enrollment campaigns

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Customer Service skills
- Sales skills to convert leads and achieve enrollment targets
- Appointment Scheduling skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfortable using telephony systems, CRM tools, and basic office software
- Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or education admissions is preferred
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, meet performance goals, and adhere to professional ethics and confidentiality standards

Role Description
