Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist (Turkish speaker) based in Dubai.
The role involves promoting the institution's programs and services, driving student acquisitions, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and executing sales strategies.
Additional responsibilities include conducting sales training, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends in higher education.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with prospective students and clients effectively.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet enrollment targets and establish sales strategies.
- Experience in Training to guide and enhance team performance.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Turkish and English languages is required.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with higher education or international student recruitment is advantageous.
