Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver work competently, effectively, on time, and within budget while planning and managing the assigned workload.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental awareness across the assigned engineering discipline.
• Review and approve selected engineering deliverables produced by other discipline team members.
• Lead engineering lifecycle problem-solving initiatives and adapt to new technology rollouts.
• Develop procurement requisitions and ensure work scope complies with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Use standardized work methods and deliverables to improve design efficiency and reduce error risk.
• Support a productive discipline team, represent it in project meetings, and facilitate internal and external communication.
• Work within the quality management system and manage design changes within budget and schedule constraints.
• Escalate engineering process impediments and support project management resolution.
• Identify required software and tools, promote productivity initiatives, and support project estimates and progress measurement.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors while considering commercial and contractual responsibilities.
• Promote risk management techniques and effective collaboration across engineering disciplines.
