About the Role

Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor Telecom systems installation including Fiber Optic, CCTV, Access Control, PAGA, Telephone & Data Networks, Radio, Microwave, and TETRA Systems
- Verify compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), SAEP, and SATIP
- Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Shop Drawings
- Conduct site inspections for cable laying, termination, splicing, grounding, and equipment installation
- Witness and verify testing & commissioning activities: OTDR, Power Meter Tests, Fiber Splicing & Loss Testing, System Integration & Functional Testing
- Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, and Commissioning teams to resolve NCRs and site issues
- Raise, monitor, and close Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs)
- Ensure proper as built drawings, test reports, and handover dossiers are prepared
- Participate in Aramco inspections, walkdowns, and audits
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Aramco safety requirements at all times
Requirements
- Experience in telecom inspection and quality control
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), SAEP, and SATIP
- Experience with fiber optic, CCTV, access control, PAGA, and radio systems
- Ability to review ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Shop Drawings
- Proficiency in testing equipment such as OTDR and Power Meter

Job Overview
- To ensure all telecom installation, testing, and commissioning activities are executed in full compliance with Saudi Aramco Standards, SAES, SATIP, project specifications, and approved IFC drawings, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

- Verify compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), SAEP, and SATIP
- Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Shop Drawings
