Telecom OSS Architect / Designer

We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Telecom OSS Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capability and a collaborative approach.

• 12+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on OSS architecture, design, and delivery — including proven expertise in at least two of the following domains: Network Inventory Management, Performance Management, and Fault/Event Management systems, ideally in large-scale, multi-vendor operator environments.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of OSS platforms and tools, such as IBM Tivoli Netcool, Nokia NetAct, Ericsson ENM/ENIQ, Huawei iMAC/U2000, Comarch OSS, or similar — combined with strong understanding of OSS/BSS integration patterns, mediation layers, and data modelling techniques for telecoms network domains.
• Strong grounding in TM Forum standards and frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID/ODA) and familiarity with relevant industry standards including 3GPP, ETSI, IETF, and TMN — with the ability to apply these frameworks pragmatically in real-world solution design and architecture.
• Solid experience with integration technologies and APIs including REST/SOAP web services, TMF Open APIs, OSS/J, XML/JSON data formats, and middleware platforms — with the ability to architect robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions between OSS components and broader network management ecosystems.
• Proficiency in producing high-quality architecture and design artefacts, including Solution Architecture Documents, HLDs, LLDs, interface control documents, data flow diagrams, and operational runbooks — with experience presenting these at both technical and executive levels.
