Role Overview

Architecture and Standards

• Design security architectures across SIM/eSIM, RAN, transport, EPC, 5G Core, IMS, MCx, OSS, and BSS domains.
• Develop security frameworks aligned with 3GPP, GSMA, ETSI, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Apply Zero Trust, Defense in Depth, and Adaptive Security architecture principles.

Risk and Technology Assessment

• Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling across complex telecom environments.
• Provide guidance to mitigate cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
• Assess and validate firewalls, IDS/IPS, PKI, HSM, PAM, EDR, SIEM, and SOAR solutions.

Documentation and Stakeholders

• Create HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, guidelines, and training materials.
• Collaborate with solution architects and integration teams to support secure deployments.
• Lead customer and senior-executive workshops and presentations as a telecom cybersecurity authority.

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 5 years focused on telecom environments.
• Experience with 4G/5G security, RAN infrastructure, transport networks, and cloud or virtualization platforms.
• Deep knowledge of telecom security standards and hands-on experience with PKI, HSM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, and secure architecture patterns.
• A relevant professional certification and a Master’s degree in a related technical field are required.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• French proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Flexibility for international travel to customer locations is advantageous.
