- Follow up with interested prospects
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in telecalling, preferably in mortgage or banking
- Good understanding of home loan process and documentation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
