Performance Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads
• Identify target audiences and optimize marketing funnels for maximum conversion

Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Handle SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, and ROAS

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms
• Track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights to management

Content & Creative Coordination

• Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum **2+ years of experience** in performance/digital marketing
• Experience in **real estate or lead generation campaigns** is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong expertise in:

• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook And Instagram)

• LinkedIn Ads
• SEO & SEM strategies
• Experience with CRM tools and landing page optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
