About the Role

- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Participate in property exhibitions and promotional events
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or real estate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Self motivated and target oriented
- Knowledge of property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle

Job Summary
- The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating property sales, managing client relationships, and promoting Xoto’s property portfolio to investors and end users.

Roles & Responsibilities

Salary & Compensation
- Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month.
- Commission: 30% – 50% per transaction.
