Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding immigration, visa, and relocation services
- Explain company services and assess client eligibility based on basic requirements
- Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration consultants
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and increase conversions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients
- Stay updated on company services, immigration programs, and promotional offers
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or immigration consultancy is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or Punjabi are a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- 1–2 years in Telecalling/Telesales (preferred)

Job Description
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team.

- AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 + Incentives (depending on experience)
