Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Europe Mediator to manage our European work permit operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with employers and recruitment partners across Europe, managing work permit processes, ensuring timely updates on applications, and providing professional support to clients throughout their immigration journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with employers, recruitment agencies, and business partners across Europe regarding work permit opportunities and recruitment requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with European employers to obtain job vacancies, documentation, and application updates.
  • Handle the end to end coordination of European work permit applications.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client files.
  • Respond to client queries related to European work permits, documentation, timelines, and application status.
  • Monitor changes in European immigration policies and work permit regulations and communicate updates to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of employer communications, job openings, client files, and application statuses.
  • Follow up with employers and partners to ensure timely issuance of offer letters, work permits, and other required documents.
  • Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams to ensure compliance with country specific immigration requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective European employers and partners.
  • Assist management in identifying new business opportunities and expanding employer partnerships within Europe.
  • Prepare reports on employer coordination, application progress, pending cases, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in immigration consultancy, overseas recruitment, or international business coordination.
  • Experience handling European work permits or employer coordination will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of European immigration and work permit procedures.
  • Strong client handling and customer service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with international stakeholders across different time zones.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Salary

  • Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
