Responsibilities
- Coordinate with employers, recruitment agencies, and business partners across Europe regarding work permit opportunities and recruitment requirements
- Maintain regular communication with European employers to obtain job vacancies, documentation, and application updates
- Handle the end to end coordination of European work permit applications
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client files
- Respond to client queries related to European work permits, documentation, timelines, and application status
- Monitor changes in European immigration policies and work permit regulations and communicate updates to management
- Maintain accurate records of employer communications, job openings, client files, and application statuses
- Follow up with employers and partners to ensure timely issuance of offer letters, work permits, and other required documents
- Coordinate with documentation and operations teams to ensure compliance with country specific immigration requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective European employers and partners
- Assist management in identifying new business opportunities and expanding employer partnerships within Europe
- Prepare reports on employer coordination, application progress, pending cases, and operational performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in immigration consultancy, overseas recruitment, or international business coordination
- Experience handling European work permits or employer coordination will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under deadlines
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems

Job Summary
