About the Role

  • As a Tele Sales Executive (m/f/d), you are the first structured point of contact for potential customers.
  • You use proven conversation guides, document all results carefully, and ensure a smooth lead qualification process.
  • This position is ideal for implementation oriented personalities who adhere to clear processes, take responsibility, and work reliably behind the scenes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Structured initial contact: Contact pre qualified leads using a clear conversation guide and document results precisely.
  • Reliable appointment scheduling: Organize appointments between potential customers and our strategy team, clearly, bindingly, and on time.
  • Logging and handover: Detailed documentation of conversation progress and structured handover of qualified contacts to the sales team.
  • Communication maintenance: Ensure no information is lost through clean work in the CRM system and regular contact with prospects.
  • Support in day to day business: Relieve the sales team through order and reliability in the lead process.

  • Commercial training or initial sales experience is an advantage, but more important is your willingness to consistently learn processes and implement them reliably.
