Your Responsibilities
- Structured initial contact: Contact pre qualified leads using a clear conversation guide and document results precisely.
- Reliable appointment scheduling: Organize appointments between potential customers and our strategy team, clearly, bindingly, and on time.
- Logging and handover: Detailed documentation of conversation progress and structured handover of qualified contacts to the sales team.
- Communication maintenance: Ensure no information is lost through clean work in the CRM system and regular contact with prospects.
- Support in day to day business: Relieve the sales team through order and reliability in the lead process.
