Overview

Your Responsibilities
- Telephone support of warm leads according to a fixed guideline
- Clear needs analysis in standardized initial consultations
- Maintenance of existing contacts including documentation in CRM
- Organization and preparatory work for strategy consultations
- Support at trade fairs, seminars, and events
Your Profile
- You work reliably, punctually, and are disciplined
- You feel comfortable in clearly structured processes
- You have a pleasant, calm voice and speak flawless German
- You can implement instructions and document your tasks cleanly
- Experience in sales, consulting, or customer service is a plus – not a must
