Role Overview
- As a Tele Sales Executive, you are the first systematic contact point for potential customers, working structured with clear conversation guides to professionally qualify leads.
Your Tasks
- Structured initial contact: Contact warm leads according to defined processes, document results, and forward qualified contacts to closers.
- Reliable appointment scheduling: Coordinate appointments between prospects and strategy consultants reliably and punctually.
- Customer care: Support building long term customer relationships by providing clear information, documenting queries, and planning follow ups.
- Maintain quality standards: Work with existing checklists to ensure every customer contact is professional, complete, and traceable.
- Event participation: Support the team at trade fairs and events as needed.
Your Profile
- You enjoy working according to clear guidelines and have a high degree of organizational ability.
- You are disciplined, resilient, and able to remain focused and friendly even with high call volume.
- You express yourself clearly, understandably, and professionally both on the phone and in writing.
- You appreciate a tidy work environment and enjoy working with tools, lists, and structured documentation.
- Commercial training or initial sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.
