Responsibilities
- Structured initial contact: contact warm leads according to defined processes, document results, forward qualified contacts to closers
- Reliable appointment scheduling: coordinate appointments between prospects and strategy consultants
- Customer care: support building long term customer relationships by providing clear information, documenting queries, planning follow ups
- Maintain quality standards: work with existing checklists to ensure professional, complete, and traceable customer contact
- Support at events: assist the team at trade fairs and events as needed
Requirements
- Enjoy working according to clear guidelines and have a high degree of organizational ability
- Disciplined, resilient, and able to remain focused and friendly even with high call volume
- Express yourself clearly, understandably, and professionally both on the phone and in writing
- Appreciate a tidy work environment and enjoy working with tools, lists, and structured documentation
- Commercial training or initial sales experience is desirable but not mandatory
