Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Tele Sales Executive cum Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations at Royal Blinds.
The ideal candidate will have strong tele sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sales coordination tasks efficiently.
Experience in blinds, curtains, or interior-related products will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments, site visits, and order processing
- Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
- Assist in tracking sales targets and preparing reports
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
Requirements
- Proven experience in tele sales (mandatory)
- Previous experience in blinds, curtains, or interior décor industry is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
